The Sisters!!!

They were busy teaching an English Class and missed our dinner! They had two new students!!!!!! We missed Sister Walker and Neukomm but admire their dedication.

Our dinner included turkey and all the trimmings, except sweet potatoes--they were NOT to be found in Görlitz! Yes, we had pie. My daughter mailed some pie plates (NOT to be found in Germany). We enjoyed Apple, Lemon and Pumpkin Pie. Canned pumpkin is NOT to be found in Görlitz so we used our Halloween Pumpkin! (Berlin had canned pumpkin and sweet potatoes)

The train ride to Dresden was standing room only (except Elder and Sister Bauman) because of a big Soccer game and Christmas!

An extraordinary German dinner with rotkohl and Rolanden. We were starving after 4 straight hours of spiritual food.

We loved being with Elder Gibson again. Elder Pearson arrived on his mission in time for lots of good meals. January is coming!!!!!

Our District Leader is now an AP to President Kosak. We have loved his enthusiasm, teaching, listening ear, and leadership. We will miss him but realize the Lord needs his talents to help lead the entire mission.

Elder Carterr and Elder Taylor. Elder Taylor has served in Göttingen and Kiel before a sudden call as the "Görlitz Distrcit Leader." He is from Meridan, Idaho. He loves competitve sports especially ping pong and volleyball.

Following an American Dinner of Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, etc. --we all settled down for our District Lesson/Weihnacht Message given by Sisters Neukomm and Walker!

Elder Bangerter, our district leader's new companion is a high school friend, Elder Carter. Both are from American Fork. They are serving in Görlitz.

Elder Colton's new companion is Elder Hale from Provo, Utah. They are serving in Bautzen.

Elder Huber, from Austria, is in Forst with Elder Owens is from Colorado.

Our Cottbus Sisters stay together--Sister Walker and Sister Neukomm.
